Shipping:

Currently, we only ship to the continental United States. Items will ship within 2-5 business days of purchase. You will receive an email immediately to confirm your purchase (this is not confirmation that your order has shipped). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this type of problem occurs, please contact the shipping service. We do not provide expedited shipping at this time.


Refunds & Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to complete an exchange or refund. Email us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Again, please email us BEFORE you send back the item(s).


Damages:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace any damaged items reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
